Associate Product Manager
About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager at HelloSIA, you'll work closely with the founding team to help shape the future of AI-native consumer products. This is a high impact, hands-on role where you'll support real product decisions, help launch features, and learn how to build products users genuinely love. You'll be involved in everything from brainstorming new ideas, researching product features and the landscape to gathering user feedback and collaborating with engineering and design teams. One day you may be helping map out a new AI workflow; the next, you may be testing features, drafting product specs, or digging into user behavior data. You'll play an active role in user testing, refining user experience, and supporting the end-to-end flow of the user journey. We're looking for someone who is curious, highly organized, proactive, and excited about startups, AI, and building products people genuinely use. Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in Product Management, internships or coursework in a related field a plus
- Strong product intuition with an interest in user experience and consumer behavior
- Eagerness to own tasks and features from ideation through launch and iteration
- Comfort with or willingness to quickly learn design tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
- Interest in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting product feedback
- Strong writing skills, with interest in learning to write PRDs, specs, and user stories
- Curiosity about onboarding, retention, engagement, and growth mechanics
- Familiarity with AI tools
